3. How can I track my order?

4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! We offer 30-day returns on most items.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Please contact us at support@zenovacare.com to initiate a return.
5. My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@zenovacare.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or update it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@zenovacare.com with your order number.
7. I ordered multiple items — why did they arrive separately?
To get your items to you faster, we sometimes ship from multiple warehouses. This may result in separate packages with different delivery dates.
